Open your workspace
Go to the exact workspace URL provided by your administrator.
Capture the sign-in screen with the workspace ID field visible.
Enter your credentials
Enter your workspace ID, username, and temporary password. Complete the security check and select Sign in.
Capture the credential fields and Sign in button using fictional details.
Set your private password
If prompted, replace the temporary password with a unique password before continuing.
Capture the password-change screen with all password fields empty.
Find your documents
Your Documents library shows documents you currently have permission to read. Select Open securely on a document.

If sign-in fails, check the workspace ID and username, then ask your administrator to confirm your account status and validity period.
